Project for my 2D Design class. We had to take an animal we felt represented us in some way, and make it abstract with patters and texture. I forgot how much I missed b/w ink drawings with texture!! Yes, I DREW those splatters.

I chose a betta fish because I see myself as: Gaudy, elegant, stubborn, high-strung, aggressive, having high morals, intelligent, and protective. Bettas are great parents, and very good with members not of its own species ^^

No Amur, it would take years to do the fur.

<sub>WHAT? Sydney enabled critiques? Yes, on this one for texture help! I can not change anything on the original, but if you have a good, solid knowledge on textures, line, and pattern go ahead and give me tips for the next one we do.
