Translock

This is another tribute to ~beastofoblivion and her stunning Lockjaws. This is how I think Reise would look as one.... I am not even sure if they are allowed to have markings, but Reise would persist I am sure.

Technically this is not a new character, just Reise as a Lock. So don't go around making new characters
